Players the Wings should resign, regardless of the CBA:
Pavel Datsyuk
Chris Chelios
Brett Hull
Mathieu Schneider
Steve Yzerman
Brendan Shanahan

I believe that this combination will introduce new talent while still maintaining the old-school flava of the Detroit Red Wings.

Also, according to ESPN Dominik Hasek left via Free Agency, rather then via being a total cocktard who needed a quick $5 million.

One thing I haven't gotten used to about Arizona yet is the rainstorms. Yes, it does rain here, but it's different. It will storm like the second coming for about 5 minutes, then calm and fade away. It has the strangest storms in the country, I'm sure.

Name that definition:
2. an authoritarian system of government under absolute
control of a single dictator, allowing no political
opposition, forcibly suppressing dissent, and rigidly
controlling most industrial and economic activities. Such
regimes usually try to achieve popularity by a strongly
nationalistic appeal, often mixed with racism.

Talked to the mechanic today about my car and it looks like it will cost around $1,600 to get it fixed. Whee...

Looks like I will be a professional pedestrian while I save money and try to decide what I am going to do.

Today I learned that it takes about an hour to bike to work ( if I go the long way ). How and why did I learn this you ask? Looks like my car is dying. Feels like it is only firing on 2 cylinders. No power, no take off, plus it has developed a knocking/rattleing noise. Of course, last night it drove perfectly. For some reason, sitting in my car port caused some sort of damage to it.
So, I will be biking to work for the next little while. Joy!
