Top 5 ways to...whatever

1) You are going to die: This isn't a question. Biological fact is you are going to die.
2) You aren't going to change the world. Well, maybe you will, but this isn't something you can live for. Change the small things you can, and these may lead to something more. Anyway, change the small things.
3) You are no more then the people who respect you. Respect, honest respect, is something to be valued. If you are respected by respectable people (actually people you honestly respect), then this is something to be proud of.
4) Do some work. Working for something you believe in is one of the most respectable things a man can do. Work hard, but believe in what you work for.
5) Don't die without loving someone. Loving someone is the hardest thing you will ever do, and also the most rewarding.

So I was just in an odd OT discussion about my strays. Yes, I have named them and they are pretty much what I use to justify staying in this crappy apartment and not moving.
Anyway, the cast of characters:
Sunshine... Sunshine is a great cat, and soon I will have to get her to a no kill. She's declawed front and back. With the lack of responce to the 'Found Cat' flyers I put up some years ago, I'm guessing she's abandoned. She's a sweetheart who likes being picked up, snuggling on laps, and all the housecatty things a housecat likes.
Buddy... Buddy is Buddy. He is a really odd guy, and the only cat Sunshine will put up with, so I guess they are a couple. He's a good cat, but has no short term memory. If I come outside with the food, and Sunshine is there, he is all about rubbing my legs and getting his ears scratched and such, but if I turn around and put the food inside when I turn back he has no idea who I am and runs away.
Jack... Jack is wary. He(?) has only one eye, hence the name. He(?) won't quite come into arms length, but the distance is getting shorter.

So, these are my stooges, I guess..

Oh, by the way, I have been feeding these stooges for about three years running now. For the most part, I guess I am responsible for them.
